OUR STORY

Chef and owner Gaspar Fernandes was born in Goa (India). The Portuguese grandparents were the inspiration on how today his most remarkable food creations come from the purest ingredients, and the importance of adding that “little something” to create dishes that excite the palate and fill the heart.

 

Educated at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Chef Gaspar follows the passion and the belief that a great meal doesn’t just fill you up, but it’s rather a journey to the sources of pleasure and places you haven’t travelled to before. 

 

A great meal is an emotional experience and we make it extraordinary every time you will visit us. Gaspar’s is the place we call home, a beautiful home with a team of people who cares for it as they would do about their own, where we can care for you as the most important guest in it – because in the end it’s not just about food and wine.

 

The devotion to our culinary heritage, and the ability to demonstrate passion through food will continue to inspire the Gaspar’s experience.

Our à la carte menu represents Gaspar's concept at its very best. We offer a well-thought-out menu to include various choices of starters, main courses and desserts. From seafood to meat dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options available. All accompanied with a great variety of fine wines from around the world.
