NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER

A good year beginning makes the whole year good. Our New Year's Eve dinner will definitely make the beginning of your year full of unexpected tastes, creative discoveries and new experience.

On December 31st we will be offering two tasting dinners: a 7 course tasting dinner from 17:00 until 20:00, and a 10 course tasting dinner from 20:30 until 01:00.

17:00-20:00 | 7 course tasting dinner:
• Selection of amuse bouches
• Langoustine, Spanish tuna otoro, pumpkin, mixed citrus fruits
• Scallop, white radish chutney, Goan orange masala sauce, toasted seeds and lentils
• Homemade pao brioche, brown butter, black truffle cream
• Wild sea bass, Jerusalem artichoke, almonds, sumac, brown butter, green apple, N25 oscietra caviar
• A5 Wagyu beef, slow cooked beef rib, coconut beef curry, salsify textures
• Hazelnut textures, Indian vanilla, black cardamom, cocoa nibs
• Selection of petit fours

Price: 105 Eur per person.
Wine pairing will be available for the orders at the additional price.

Booking conditions: 50% deposit payment (per person), refundable only in case of cancellation until December 15th.

20:30 - 01:00 | 10 course tasting dinner:

• Yuzu sorbet with sauternes jelly
